The machine’s housing is made of polished and anodised cast aluminium, with easily removable parts for simple cleaning; safety cover made of shatterproof plexiglass, smooth-running and ergonomic carriage; Micro-switch to lock the blade when the cover is removed, seal to protect the blade drive from ingress of liquids.
Mistro also offers the option of painting the machine in your choice of colour to integrate it harmoniously into your kitchen.
